Hotel staffs had problem with speaking in English. Hotel room and lobby condition did not 100% match our expectation. Location and room rate is satisfactory.

Nice, clean room, good shower, comfortable bed. The plug was stuck in the sink and had to be repaired and there was no signal on the tv, otherwise everything was great, lovely staff, especially the guy who was on in the afternoons. Excellent location

This hotel does not have AC but a fan had been provided in the room. Breakfast was excellent with a good range.

Literally few minutes away from the city centre, and conveniently located just around the corner of a parking area. Perfect for driving travellers. Staff very polite and totally dependable, also for non-German speakers.

Conveniently located next to main train station. Hotel is clean and safe. Shower in bathroom is small.

10/10 Exceptional

Checked in quickly with no delays and assigned a room on the 4th (5th floor by USA standards). Room was neat and clean. My room was in the middle of the floor and quiet with a view of the HBhf. Bathroom was fairly clean with traces of mold in the shower stall and the shower door leaked if you did not keep the shower water off the shower door. Bathroom amenities had a multi-use liquid shampoo for hair and body. Prefer this hotel vice other budget/value hotels in Augsburg because the rooms have fans and the shower stalls are larger than most. Would stay here again.
