There are 2 swimming pools: the one on the 22nd floor was bustling with families, while the pool on the 37th floor offered a quieter space, perfect for those who wanted to swim freely. The room cleaning was quite disappointing — one day we found a towel left in the sink, and on another occasion there was water splashed outside the toilet.

The rail link is absolutely brilliant which truly sets this hotel apart. £1 to get back to the airport! The pool on the 22nd floor is fabulous and south facing so warm and gets the sun at the end of the day at the same time as attentive staff bring you drinks and food if you order.
