the houses were looking lovely on the internet and the house itself was clean and well maintained but it is more a hotel of value of 200 /300 reales per night. no more. the bed was cheap and terrible. the sheets were as thin as they could possible be and we didn't feel comfortable when we entered the room and found blood spatters on the wall and curtains. this doesn't fill one with confidence

Muito pequeno, sem conforto, pois juntaram 02 camas de solteiro, para fazer o quarto de casal, deveriam deixar o opção de solteiro, podendo juntar caso fosse informado, o banheiro privativo porém externo, com cheiro muito ruim, a lampada queimada, demorou muito para ser trocada, check-out as 15h, isso nao existe e o check-in as 11:00... embora os funcionários sejam atenciosos, pretendo nao voltar. A administração nao é maleável.

O quarto é novo, o hotel está em local silencioso, bem afastado de centro de Angra e tem sauna, piscina e um café da manhã apenas razoável. O que tornou a estadia bastante desagradável foi a água da torneira e do chuveiro -proveniente certamente de uma caixa d'água exposta- estar sempre muito quente (o aquecedor sempre desligado) e o pessoal da Recepção sem demonstrar qualquer interesse em resolver o problema. Queriam fazer crer que o problema era do sol e da Cidade e não do Hotel.
