Super charming and excellent location. We loved staying here and the staff were very helpful. The exclusive suite was really nice, but there is a rooftop window in the living room so bring a sleeping mask if you need the third bed. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection.

The location was great . It was a very old building that had been reconfigured this somethings might seem odd. No elevator. Our room was huge with 2 floors. The bathroom was upstairs. It was a large bathtub with a sprayer. There was a spiral stairs to the second floor. Not great for a 3 am bathroom break. Aldo our first floor room had to a hide-a-bed, and table with chairs. A mini fridge would have been a real plus. If you love history and the quaintness of an older building it's for you. I had a beautiful view from my bathroom window. Also I bought the breakfast at the next door hotel. Fabulous. Italian restaurants on site was above average. Nice waiter.

Romana on reception was warm, friendly and welcoming and gave an incredible first impression. The room was spacious and the lounge area was impressive looking. The apartment itself felt a little tired, especially the bathroom. However, the shower pressure was great. The weather was really hot and so our top floor room was baking, but fans had been provided in each room, which helped. It is a historical building, right by the main square with the lovely Romana on reception - we enjoyed our 1 night stay.

The Black Star Suites is right off of a busy street and just a few minutes walk to Charles Bridge. It is convenient to walk to sights, or take transit or a taxi. Great location: 3 minute walk to Charles Bridge and 5 minute walk to the main Christmas Market. Accommodations were good and plenty of space. One downside is there is no elevator, so you don’t want to carry heavy luggage up the stairs. Staff was excellent and very responsive.
