The location is outstanding, in the Old Town and very close to Karluv most (Charles bridge) which makes it very easy to walk across to Malá Strana area. Black Star Suites is also close to the subway with easy travel from the Airport. The welcoming when we arrived was warm and friendly. We arrived quite early and appreciated to be able to safely leave our luggage at the hotel and go out and explore Prague before the check-in time.

Super charming and excellent location. We loved staying here and the staff were very helpful. The exclusive suite was really nice, but there is a rooftop window in the living room so bring a sleeping mask if you need the third bed. Breakfast is delicious with a wide selection.

Historic old building in an amazing location, 2min walk from Old Town Sq and 4min walk from Charles Bridge. Apartment has lots of space, including a dining area. Air Con was welcome! Though no washing machine, fresh towels provided each day.

Clean room, staff very friendly and helpful, amazing location. Please note, check-in is at the hotel next door ( I believe it’s called Hotel Contessa). Also, the Black Star Restaurant has very good food at a reasonable price. Especially the spaghetti, pork lion, salad special.

The location was great . It was a very old building that had been reconfigured this somethings might seem odd. No elevator. Our room was huge with 2 floors. The bathroom was upstairs. It was a large bathtub with a sprayer. There was a spiral stairs to the second floor. Not great for a 3 am bathroom break. Aldo our first floor room had to a hide-a-bed, and table with chairs. A mini fridge would have been a real plus. If you love history and the quaintness of an older building it's for you. I had a beautiful view from my bathroom window. Also I bought the breakfast at the next door hotel. Fabulous. Italian restaurants on site was above average. Nice waiter.
