Cutest hotel in a great location. Staff was so helpful and friendly. Great breakfast! Would always stay here when I come to Innsbruck!!!

8/10 Very good

The location was amazing, the rooms were beautiful and the food was delicious. The bed was uncomfortable, too hard. I wish there was Kleenex/tissue in the room. We wanted to book our train ticket through the front desk but was told we had to walk 15 minutes from the station to do so which shortened our already short stay.

We had a lovely experience at this hotel. The staff members were exceptional from the reception ordering a taxi to Monica ensuring we had croissants “to go” on the way to the train station at 6 am! I highly recommend this hotel. Great location and beautiful rooms.

This was a very nice higher end hotel right down in Old Town for a decent price. They were very helpful also as when I made the reservation I only made it for one person instead of for a couple so they found a larger room with a slightly increased price but that was fine. The breakfasts were fantastic and the location is just what you want. Very nice modern hotel in a very old building.

Beautiful old world hotel with modern amenities. It right in the middle of everywhere you want to be in Innsbruck. Super clean, shopping, walking and eating right outside your door. Breakfast was amazing, not only was there a wonderful array of baked goods, fruit, meat, cheese, you could also order a la carte which we did and it was delish. The lady taking care of the breakfast room was super sweet and nice and made us the best cappuccinos. Five stars all around.
