Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet. The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable. They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue.

The room.was very good. Sadly the free airport shuttle is non-excisting. And breakfast included is only for one person the second person has to pay. Wifi was also very poor.

There was no airport shuttle transportation as advertised!

So schön!
