Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for convenience rather than luxury. Its biggest advantage is its location, just steps away from the Santa Maria Novella train station, making it incredibly easy to travel around Florence and beyond. The hotel offers the essentials without any unnecessary frills. There are several restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and the historic center of Florence is only about a 15-minute walk away. The location is truly one of the hotel’s strongest points. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We appreciated their kindness throughout our stay. The only downside was the housekeeping service. During our five-day stay, whenever we returned to the hotel around 4:00 or 5:00 PM, the housekeeper was still cleaning our room. It appeared that there was only one housekeeper responsible for all the rooms, which can become challenging when the hotel is fully booked. As a result, room cleaning was often delayed and guests may have to wait before accessing their rooms comfortably. That said, the hotel’s excellent location, friendly staff, and overall convenience make it a great option for anyone visiting Florence.

Bar? What bar? No bar to be found. Mold in the shower area/bathroom. Shoe prints on the wall? No breakfast (don't listen to Google). When we got to our room, we had no hand soap in there at all. LOUD outside. I know they can't control traffic and people on the street, but any "soundproofing" advertised is definitely not accurate. Shower at night or EARLY am if you want hot water. Staff were very nice and we did appreciate them, but the hotel needs work.

The hotel was very easy to walk to from the train station, even with a lot of luggage. The check in process was simple and the man at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and has everything you need. Plus the AC works well and the windows are very good at keeping at the street noise. The AC unit did make a noise in the middle of the night. But by then the room was cool enough. So we were able to turn it off and go back to sleep. Overall, a very good place to stay overnight and I would book it again.

The property is under construction and the entrance is dirty. Location is great bedside the bus and train terminal. Main floor room you hear all the street noise and the main door opening and closing at all hours. It’s a great location to travel around other towns near Florence. It’s convenient and budget friendly. Staff were great and very helpful.

It was a great place for us for our last minute trip. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We traveled with an infant and they were able to accommodate us with a crib for the baby during our stay which was very helpful! The room was clean with fresh sheets and towels, however there was a dirty semi- wet towel in the bathroom behind the door when we checked into the room. Housekeeping did come by daily and there were no other issues with cleanliness at all. The A/C unit was not functioning and we were told that even though they were mini splits that they were not on and the floor was controlled, we were able to cool the room with the windows open but there were quite a few mosquitoes. Some other reviews complained of lots of noise, but we didn’t experience too much noise other than some noise from the trains and the bus stop directly in front of the hotel. There was no noise during bedtime hours or any during the early morning. The listing for the property did show that there was free breakfast but the hotel did not offer this at all. There are two cafes on either side of the hotel which we were able to have breakfast. We would definitely stay again here again and did enjoy our stay overall.

This property is more like a hostel than a hotel. Do not stay here if you are looking for any onsite service or amenities. Nothing described in the listing was available when we stayed. We were looking for a very last minute place to stay in Florence. I booked this hotel because the listing described on site parking, breakfast and coffee in the lobby, a bar and lounge and it was in a desirable area. There were many positive reviews so I overlooked the negative ones. The room was very dirty. There was hair and other filth all over the bathroom, the walls, shower and mirror were very dirty. The floors in the room were also dirty and the blankets for the beds were also covered in hair. There is only a staff member on site from 3-6pm, everything else needs to be communicated through WhatsApp and that is unreliable and some questions went unanswered. When I asked the staff about the discrepancies between the listing and the property I was told that the listing was for a previous property the owner owned and the things I was asking about were not available. Additionally, the room keys for all guests were all left on a table unattended in the lobby along with forms that clearly displayed guests first and last names, which was a serious safety concern for us as two women travelling together. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
