While the room was very small, it was very clean. the staff were lovely. we were in room 20, avoid at all cost. The noise from the street was totally unbelievable. We probably got an hour's sleep which is totally unacceptable in a hotel!!!! There is a restaurant directly below with outside seating. The activity overnight on The street doesn't stop at all. The hotel is positioned in a good position from the railway station, but along with that is, as in all station areas very run down. Would never stay in that area again.

Overall the hotel location was very convenient next to the station. The front desk staff members were also very kind. My rating is because our AC unit was not working and there didn't seem to be any assistance to fix. There was also a significant amount of dust lumps in the AC unit air vents. As we were traveling with a baby this was not ideal. There was some noise from the street as well. The room we booked was also quite small (probably should have booked a bigger one) so we struggled with opening our luggage. Since we only stayed one night, we managed. Overall I'd say this is right about a three star hotel. If you were just looking for a brief stay as a transition it works.

Pros clean, helpful staff, always so friendly, air conditioning worked, hot shower with enough water pressure, comfortable enough bed. Cons smallish room, limited space.even to unpack, small TV maybe 15 inch, limited channels, limited accessories like ironing table etc. None of the cons were terrible. Summary good. Room had all the necessities and we well taken care of. I would stay here again. Forgot to mention excellent location!

This is a great little hotel located right by Roma Termini Station. The location is unbeatable, as it's less than a 5-minute walk to the station—where all major transportation begins—and only about a 20-minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. The convenience is fantastic, with a convenience store and many restaurants nearby. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. Unlike many other places, the WiFi was excellent throughout our stay. The hotel also features an elevator to reach your floor, which is a big plus. If you are looking for an affordable, clean place to stay that is close to everything, I highly recommend this hotel.
