Parking was easy and secure. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint was checking in time. The booking states 3 pm but the hotel did not open until 4.30pm for check in. After a long drive it was disappointing.

What a fabulous place to stay! Right in the middle of town, close to all the shops and restaurants. A spacious room and bathroom, and a very, very, comfortable bathtub. Our dog got a warm welcome as well, he sure enjoyed his stay as well.

Fabulous location

This hotel is in a fabulous location and offers parking, which is a bonus. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was disappointing, ripped curtain, odd bathroom door, dated decor and shower needed a regrouting. The bed however, was very comfortable. For a short stay, it was fine.

La chambre était au cinquième étage accessible jusqu’au quatrième étage par l’ascenseur et ensuite par un escalier de 4 marches. La porte de la chambre laisse passer de la lumière et du bruit. L’espace salle de bain, sanitaire est bien pour une personnes seule. Le coin bureau est très petit même pour un ordinateur portable et la prise au dessus du bureau devrait être déplacer en hauteur de 15 cm afin de pourvoir brancher une prise électrique avec terre. J’ai apprécié le grand lit qui est confortable et de bonne taille, la mise à disposition d’un ventilateur sur un grand pied ce qui est aussi très agréable. Le volet roulant et les rideaux et double rideaux. J’ai aussi apprécié le fait qu’il y avait un Petit réfrigérateur, cafetière et du Nescafé , thé, sucre, sachet de thé, une bouteille d’eau de Vichy et des verres typiques de Vichy. Par contre le prix de la chambre est un peu cher par rapport à la superficie et le bureau trop petit. L’hôtel est très bien situé juste à côté du centre thermal et du jardin longeant l’Allier ce qui est très appréciable
