I absolutely love the view of this property, I had room 503 andI also stayed at 205 both have a great view, but the 503 is best. The front desk was kind and nice however I was upset with the people at the bar because they misplaced my medication which is unacceptable . Later they found it and everything was ok . The property location is amazing and convenient. I did not like the bathroom products too much, but the towels were very nice . I would definitely stay here again

Centrally located hotel. You can walk everywhere and have access to bus stops and metro. Excellent hotel. The staff was above and beyond: our flight got a severe delayed and we let them know, so they accommodate our reservation without hesitation. Big thank you to the front desk staff, but not only them, the bartenders, the housekeeper, all of them were very nice and very professional. The food in the restaurant is amazing. The hotel is very clean and the room was always on point. We will definitely be back. We had a great stay at Catalonia Gran Vía.

Arrived to a bottle of bubbly and chocolates, room was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views of downtown Madrid with a hot tub! Seamless check in and check out, very friendly, super helpful. Located right downtown, pool was available, but only until 8pm. Bed was amazing, washroom was great with little freebies that came with it.

This hotel was under construction and only had one working elevator. That did not matter much, the one working elevator was working in good speed. The location of the hotel is perfect. In the middle of everything. The room was beautiful and clean and if we needed anything the staff was prompt. We had the bunk beds for the kids and they loved them. We used the pool even though water was freezing, it was refreshing. I would definitely recommend to stay here.
