I gem of a hotel in a lively area of Madrid. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the area. The clean well decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and spotless bathrooms with great showers made our brief stay perfect. There are lots of dining and entertainment options within a few blocks. Staff was excellent in keeping us informed on how to access the terrific accommodations. The location is perfect for touring The Prado and Botanical Gardens with easy strolls to tapas dinners. The room felt really secure and cleaning staff was very friendly. I was unsure about not having the grand hotel experience, but this boutique style of downtown short stays is the way to go.
