Loved this place. Room was small but clean, bathroom recently updated. We received a welcome bottle of champagne, a very nice surprise. Breakfast included, assorted pastry, orange juice, coffee, and yogurt. Great tips on places to see in Venice. We wanted to visit local casino, hotel arranged free entry and water pick up. I unfortunately left my wallet in room when we checked out. Hotel contacted us immediately and we were able to come back to retrieve. Can’t say enough good about this place and if we can go back we will definitely stay there again!

Room although very small for our 2 med carry ons and 2 backpacks, it was clean. staff was friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to stored luggage while room was getting ready. They offered a nice continental breakfast out in the back patio. Cute set up.

Staff were brillaint very friendly and helpful, great location to walk into central venice or the water taxi is just sound the corner, close to the train station. A very special thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for their recommendations and assistance with getting to the hotel from the airprot, if we return to venice we will always pick this hotel. :)

Very friendly staff Hotel is older but they all are. we had a quad room and it was large and all functional. It was about a 10-12 min walk from train station and the restaurants around the hotel we all being enjoyed by locals and it was safe . Would recommend and it is very close to the crea water taxi stop

Great hotel and fantastic location

A great value hotel in the best area of Venice. Situated in a quiet courtyard but literally a minutes walk from the canal side restaurants of Cannaregio. Vaporetto stops are nearby as is a stop on the airport water bus route and the main rail station so it’s ideally located. Wonderfully helpful staff who are there to guide you through the intricacies of the city. An added bonus is breakfast served in the garden.
