The hotel was average. Nothing special. I would not stay again and not worth $200 a night. What I did not like: no front counter with an employee. I was delayed in checking in, because the stupid tablet kept saying "still cleaning room". I did not check in until 3:45. Recommendation: For $200 a night, should include breakfast. Also, have the sauna open in the morning to see the sun rise and dumbbells or some other weights.

Modern eingerichtetes Hotel an idealer Lage nähe Bahnhof. Zimmer sind sauber, ziemlich geräumig und sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Einzig das Zimmerklima kann nicht gut geregelt werden, da nur ein defekter Ventilator und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Frühstück nicht beurteilbar, da nicht inkkusive, jedoch zu CHF 25.- eher hoher Preis. Service lässt zu wünschen übrig, indem teilweise lange Antwortzeiten in Kauf genommen werden müssen und keine genauen Auskünfte erteilt werden. Vor Ort ist niemand, den man fragen kann, also müsste entsprechend zeitnaher geantwortet und präzisere Infos erteilt werden. Kostenlose Parkplätze VOR dem Hotel gäbe es scheinbar, doch wo genau und sicher nicht direkt vor dem Hotel. Parkgarage ist ab 3 Stunden (statt wie in den Infos verfügbar ab 4 Stunden) kostenpflichtig und kostet pro Nacht CHF 12.-, doch es gäbe ja kostenlose Aussenparkplätze. Check'in und Check-out hat schnell und gut geklappt, obschon eben niemand vor Ort ist. Preis/Leistung okay, da gebe es noch Luft nach oben, wenn denn schon am Personal gespart wird.

Ganz schlimmes Hotel. Es gibt kein Personal beim check- Inn und allgemein hat man niemanden gesehen der dort Arbeitet, das Zimmer wurde auch nicht sauber gemacht. Man muss am touchscreen selber einchecken und bekam dann ein Zimmer im 5. Stockwerk ohne Klimaanlage bei 34grad zugewiesen. Das Bett war ein Klappbett aus dem Schrank, Rolladen zum Sonnenschutz waren mit Kabelbinder oben fixiert und konnten nicht runter gelassen werden. Ich würde das Hotel niemals weiter empfehlen oder wieder buchen. Schrecklich!
