Great location with restaurants and bars close by and short distance to Old San Juan. The place was clean and just as advertised with all the amenities needed. Communication prior to arrival and check out date was good, however, I texted asking for info about activities and tours and never heard back. Overall good experience.

Nando's Place was located in a great, local barrio and we felt welcomed by the staff as well as people around the neighborhood. I loved the apartment we stayed in, it was quiet and had everything we needed. The staff was great at communicating and were willing to help any way they could. I recommend staying here if you are looking for a great stay.

The front desk clerk was extremely pleasant and help upon arrival. The overall atmosphere was excellent. The room could use a microwave though but I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Wow! GREAT location! A fifteen minute walk to an awesome beach with lots of locals. A twenty minute walk to Old San Juan. A great bakery on the block and an open space gallery with food and drinks. The room was very clean and it had an awesome private balcony. I will stay at Nando’s Place again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful if we had any questions. The property was as described and was very clean. The location is centered between Old San Juan and San Juan. We enjoyed the walk to Old San Juan. It’s about a 15 minute walk to a nice beach. It can be a little noisy with the people at the bar across the street. But, the master bedroom is quiet. The only issues we had was the shower never had hot water. We also wish we had a microwave. We would definitely stay again.

This was my and my boyfriend’s third time to PR and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed and we’ll be back again. The place is spacious, clean, and well maintained. It’s also across the street from an amazing local bar and 5 or 6 minutes from downtown Old San Juan. My only suggestion would be to provide a couple of beach chairs. Would’ve definitely come in handy at the small beaches.
