Chegamos no hotel no dia 06/09 para o dia 07/09, umas 00:00 e pouco. O recepcionista que estava lá, não era tão cordial assim, estava com uma cara, não recarregou o nosso cartão e quando subimos para entrar no quarto, o meu esposo teve que voltar, para ele recarregar e liberar nossa entrada no quarto. No quarto não deixaram pano de chão no banheiro e não tinha manta ou coberta, dormimos de lençol. Ao ligar na recepção essa mesma noite, o telefone morreu de tocar, pq o recepcionista não teve a capacidade de atender. Estou avaliando o hotel ruim, por essa experiência. É horrível você ser educado e cordial e não ser tratado da mesma forma, ainda mais chegando cansados. Tirando isso, o restante da equipe é boa, o café é gostoso mas não tem muitas opções, a localização do hotel é boa. Não voltaria e nem indicaria.

Minha experiência de serviço no hotel foi muito boa. Todo staff é muito atencioso, foi gentil no atendimento. O quarto atendeu às expectativas, com cama confortável, limpo, e climatização com funcionamento perfeito. Achei que o café da manhã deixou um pouco a desejar, pode ser melhorado. Mais opções sem carne, ter aveia (e não granola) disponível, e um cuidado maior com as frutas, que ficam em um canto sem ventilação, o que não inibe as mosquinhas de fruta de pousarem por ali.
