Parking was available right outside on street. The hotel was very spacious and modern. Our receptionist Orazio, was very friendly, knowledgeable about Italy, the area, the history and a proud Italian. He was very helpful to suggest places to go on a short stay.5#

After traveling all day USA to Sicily we get to the beautiful location I chose. No one answered. I was having issues with my WiFi. My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street. It was a beautiful boutique hotel near a fountain. The room was beautiful but still being renovated. It suited our need for the night. The breakfast could have been much better. The coffee machine only made espresso must of needed creamer but ok. The croissants were fresh but everything else was so so. Where we parked the proprietor told us was ok to park. Next day we had a ticket on our car. Location great, pet friendly, staff friendly. Would stay again.

The lady who owns the B&B was extremely friendly and let me check in early (I needed to put my bags down). She lives in the property. Room was traditional, clean and spacious with a great location, 2mins walk from the Duomo. Very comfortable bed and pillows. However, no breakfast. There is a sideboard with some biscuits and a coffee machine (no cups, plates, empty fridge and nowhere to sit if there was food - things all over table). This area should be more welcoming for guests and there should actually be a breakfast. Maybe have mugs in room or have breakfast items in there. Shame as I had factored this into my budget and there were not many bakeries in the area that were open on account of the public holiday

Love this charming hotel

This hotel was wonderful. It had charm and was clean and cute. I loved the balcony overlooking the piazza and the cathedral. My only complaint was the 'free breakfast'. I think I would rather pay. The store where the coupon works for free breakfast weren't so kind and you just got a pastry and a cappucino for breakfast for free. It's probably worth it to find somewhere to pay for breakfast. The hosts were very nice and accomodating. I loved this hotel.

The noise level was beyond acceptable, kareoke party downstairs until midnight then loud guests up until 2 pm. Filthy reception area. Breakfust was crousont and coffee only at resteraunt, no a typical b&b experience!

Ubicazione ottimale in pieno centro storico .Stanza molto ampia ma spoglia. Impossibilità di appendere gli abiti per mancanza dell’asta nell’armadio. Assenza di un supporto per aprire la valigia. Frigo senza neanche una bottiglietta di acqua. Musica fino a tarda notte nella piazza centrale che richiederebbe finestre acusticamente isolate. Convenzione per colazione con bar distante e scadente. Peccato perché basterebbe un po’ di cura per gestire una location di valore , posta in un bel contesto e offerta ad una cifra di tutto rispetto
