Fizemos a reserva e pagamos via Hoteis.com. Chegamos lá, tinha a reserva, mas fomos novamente cobrados e tivemos que efetuar o pagamento. Ocorreu o mesmo com outros 5 casais de amigos. Alegaram que teve mudança de donos do hotel e que passou a se chamar apenas Urbano. Estamos aguardando uma solução da Hoteis.com.

O hotel já mostra sinais de desgaste dos anos de uso, porém as camas precisam ser trocadas com URGÊNCIA pois o colchão está todo deformado e torto, causando muito desconforto.
