It was our second time staying at the property, the last time was about 5 years ago.
We had a few problems this time and although we did get a response to our message, nobody was sent out for several days to fix the issues. We were told somebody is coming in 15 mins when we were out so we missed them, i think giving notice would be a good idea.
Our main concern was the fridge was intermittently going warm and all our food got spoiled. My young son drank some fresh orange juice that we had bought the day before and he had a bad belly ache as it had gone bad when i smelt it. We had done a big shop €150 worth for the week. When somebody did eventually come on the day before our last day, they said there was nothing wrong with the fridge as it was cold then. That night it had gone warm again and there was a bad smell coming frm it too. We were told when they came to check it again it was fine. We asked for a refund for our shopping but we didnt get a reply for this.
Our issues included:
Both Showers were blocked. Main was worse than ensuite.
Both Showers were going hot and then cold a few minutes into the shower, then it took a while to warm up again, which was really annoying. The shower in the ensuite wasn't working well and was very weak.
The knobs on hob were very stiff and one wouldnt work. They would only light with a lighter as ignition button was broken. Some buttons were also missing to the timer.
We wouldn't recommend this place.
