Beautiful space and great location in the heart of the centre of Roma. Easy walking to amazing and historical architecture in all directions, including Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Spanish steps, the Coloseum, and even the Vatican for a little extra distance. Literally walking distance to everything in Rome you want to experience. The elevator helps getting luggage to the top floors. The staff was the best- Ryan was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable! Communication with all property staff was top notch.

This accommodation was perfect. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to see old Rome -- it is in the middle of everything! I had to buy a moka pot for my stay, but fortunately there are many places to buy within a block or two. I also do not enjoy cleaning someone else's coffee, so it was positive. The kitchen is very well stocked in terms of cooking, cleaning, and eating supplies. The hosts were very welcoming and anticipated our needs and questions. The property itself is very safe and secure.

The location is superb (only one minute walk from the Pantheon, where there's a taxi-stand as well). A terrific view of Piazza Capranica. High ceilings (about 15 feet). The hotel itself was a historical piece built in 13th century! Staying in such an old building (renovated and furnished delightfully) was a treat. It was tight in the middle of the most famous attractions, all walking distance. Perfect for a first timer in Rome and solo travelers. Hotel staff were very helpful and nice. Having a kitchenette with a full size oven surprised me happily. Nice bathroom, daily cleaning. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property is located in the middle of everything. Very good location. One of the negatives is that our unit’s shower could not provide us with warm water. Only freezing cold or scolding hot. We asked for a bucket to shower the first night and we got a mop bucket. Staff never fixed the shower issue. Only stayed 2 nights there and could not shower comfortably.

We loved staying here! Not a typical hotel and no front desk, but that was not a drawback for us and shouldn't deter you at all. Our travel details were confirmed with management prior to our arrival and they arranged for someone to pick us up from the airport. Manager / Concierge, Ryan, was there to meet us when we arrived. There is an elevator / lift...but, keep in mind that the lift is on the 2nd floor and there are two flight of stairs to get there. However, Ryan was there to meet us and carried our two heaviest pieces of luggage up the stairs for us! Then he sat with us for about 15 minutes, showing us on a map the most important locations for Rome sightseeing. We had the Panoramic Suite, with a view of the Piazza Capranica below. It was spacious with a living area (and Netflix) below and a bedroom in the loft above. The air conditioning worked great and we were so happy to have it in August 2026. The hotel is centrally located and in close proximity to some amazing sites, including the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, not to mention dozens of restaurants, galleries and plenty of shopping. The Colosseum and Roman Forum are little bit further, but definitely still walkable. Ryan also arranged a car to take us to FCO airport for our flight to Athens. Again, he was there upon our departure to carry our two heavy bags down the stairs. We received the most excellent service at Torre Capranica and I would absolutely stay there again.
