I travel the world. This was the dirtiest. How dirty. I refused to take a shower. Mold. Just disgusting. Cockroaches were found. It seemed like the people were all on drugs hanging outside. I felt like I had to keep one eye open and wish I had a weapon under my pillow. The staff was really nice. But never ever will I stay at this motel. When the owner saids you don’t need to leave a deposit which I never encountered before. That’s a red flag to not stay. Then I realized the whole place is broken. The chairs had cigarettes holes. The bed and sheets you can tell were never washed. I can’t believe an owner would keep a place this condition. The owners need to clean the whole place up and get rid of the cockroaches.

Wonderful stay at Highlander Inn

It was a wonderful stay at Highlander Inn! =) I was surprised when I opened the door to the room - such a beautiful room greeted me! =D There was a fireplace and a hot tub. There was both a microwave and fridge. There were lots of shampoo and soap and two fluffy white towels. I wish there were more channels on TV but I brought my iPad too. Wifi worked well. When it got chilly in the night, the fireplace was a lifesaver. It was very warm in front of it. I booked this on a whim and didn’t understand why there were so many bad reviews!? It certainly was a great motel and I’d stay here again. I had a such a restful and relaxing time.

Where to even begin with this place. Very unclean and under kept. The bed was clean so that was a plus I suppose. They also double booked our room so my friend and I had to share a bed as our double bed room was not available. They put us in a jacuzzi sweet. Surprise surprise the jacuzzi was DISGUSTING, so if you’re looking forward to that- don’t. I think our final straw was having to hear birds chirping and scratching inside the walls of our AIR CONDITIONER. Theirs nothing like sharing a room with a literal animal. Anyways, goodluck if you’re staying, the staff is very nice and so are the people but RUN if you haven’t booked for here already.

Interior is clean enough for this price. A reasonable price for someone who just wants a place to sleep. A few things the owner should improve their facility are: 1. Toilet cannot wash away your thing properly 2. AC looks like it has never been clean for years. It can still cool though, but questionable air quality. 3. Exterior is not clean. 4. Not 24/7 front staff. No explanation about the procedure of checking out when check-in. I have to change my plan because I couldn’t return my room key.

Mold in bathroom, every single thing broken and dirty. I have never seen a place like this, its made for homeless people. No heat, toilet and sheets dirty. Please do not stay here. Have informed Hotels com to remove this property and looking for a refund
