6/10 Good

Location is excellent. Nice to have laundry on premise. Apartment looks better in pictures. Bed was not very comfortable. Our code did not work when we arrived. After entering it several times and getting an error someone was available to assist. Our room wasn’t ready so they switched us to a different apartment. Ironic that they charge an early check in fee however did not provide a credit for the room not being ready at check in time. Overall it’s a nice space that could use some upgrades to make it more comfortable.

This was a great place to stay! It was set up well, extremely clean and in a great location! Check-in & check out were very easy. Very quick response from the owner. The only issue was the foul smell in the bathroom. The owner quickly responded that it’s from the Italian pipes, which I do know happens, I lived Italy many years ago. They did offer us to move rooms, but unfortunately, by the time we tried other things, it was close to us checking out. Also, the smell was prominent when you came in the front door into the hallway.
