We stayed in the 4-person apartment on the 3.floor. The air conditioning was not working, and the room was unbearably hot. We reported the problem on the very first day, but were told that a technician could come the following day. They did not have an extra fan that we could borrow. The night was terrible hot with no sleep.
The next day, they repeatedly assured us that someone would come to repair the air conditioning and that we could possibly change rooms if necessary. By the end of the day, however, no technician had arrived. The only available room they could offer us was a double room. Since we were four people, there was not enough space for everyone, and some of us had to spend another night in the overheated four-person apartment.
Had we known that the air conditioning would not be repaired, we would have changed hotels. However, the staff guaranteed that the issue would be resolved, and we trusted them.
We would therefore advise others against booking the four-person apartment at this hotel. Furthermore, the service was extremely poor when we actually needed assistance.
I have tried to contact the hotel several times afterwards regarding our experience, to give them an opportunity to address the situation before I posted this review, but they have not responded either by email or through the Hotels.com app.
