Nice staff, clean room, OK location, very quiet. Breakfast available for purchase, no dinner. Broken kettle (I requested for it, not readily available in the room), no coffee maker, no cup and coffee/tea bags in the room, no microwave, no fridge, no air conditioning. Hand soap+body wash+shower gel all-in-one bottle. Very flat pillows and very thin blankets (2 blankets on a bed). OK water pressure for shower. No daily housekeeping, need to let them know in advance. No "airport shuttle" as indicated, they simply booked a taxi for you and it's not cheap, better to go with Uber.

Pros - Fabulously quirky hotel with lots of space. Quiet, comfortable and in a great central location. Supermarket opposite hotel. Staff delightful. Cons - no air con but fans provided. Do not open windows from courtyard or you will be infested with insects and bugs.

This was a really cute hotel, very close to public transportation, which made it easy to get everywhere. The only downfall was that the rooms were really warm. I did know there would be no AC, but we couldn’t seem to cool down the room at night.

The staff, room, etc. were great. Had it been any other time of year, the hotel would have been great, especially for the price. But the extremely high temperatures and lack of a/c made it impossible for us to stay all 3 nights. They gave us an extra fan for our room on request, but it wasn’t enough in the extreme temperatures. They said next year (2027) they would be getting a/c installed. Also, no laundry services on site.

I love nearly everything about this hotel, especially their use of recycling and being extremely eco-friendly. It’s very close to both trams and the underground. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a true delight with something for everyone. Everything is organic and sitting outside in the garden is simply a must! I liked that the rooms have a free safe, and that the eco/recycling is present there too. I would have liked better pillows but that is my only niggle. The room had lovely garden views and the sun shone through in the mornings. I felt safe at this hotel as a single woman and would visit again.

Very middling!

Pros: Amazing external soundproofing, some parts of the breakfast were delicious, staff were really lovely, comfy beds. Garden room is really nice! Shop across the road and Lidl down the road are handy. Cons: Pillows were sort of like wisps of air- I had three and my husband had two and we still had to stick a cushion under them to gain any sleep. The bin in our bathroom had not been emptied when we arrived and had somebody else's sanitary products in. Cupboard was broken in the room. Weird bathroom setup in the room (not one for those who liked their privacy!). No toaster at all at breakfast, so couldn't even have toast, just bread.
