The hotel room was dated, carpet very unclean, no lights in the hall so I had to use my mobile torch everytime I wanted to unlock the door. Some of the lamps in the room were also not functional. But it's close to a tram station that gets you to the city centre in 20 mins. And the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Thry even provided an iron upon request.

Rooms are okay but a deeper cleaning would be advised. Beds are clean, comfortable and bedding changed every other day. Bathroom is clean and maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is absolutely delicious and there is a great selection with high quality items. Warmer days I would stick with rooms that has a window to the courtyard rather than to the street, cars sound like drag racing almost every evening and the birds were extremely loud on the close tree. I would still recommend it as a great hotel to stay when visiting Vienna. Good price/value ratio.

Not enough choice for a sweet breakfast however if you like English breakfast, it's good! Nothing you complain, all that you need for a stay in Wien plus a coffee machine in the room that's a nice addition that can help a lot when outside it's raining and you need to take your time before starting to wonder around

Enjoyed our stay at Arthotel ANA Gala in Vienna. We arrived at the hotel quite late and the hotel out of ours support was already aware of our late arrival and checked us in over the phone. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is a few stops away from the Vienna central and it's close to the D tram link and U6 metro line.
