Hotel lejos del Duomo, la persona que nos recibió fue amable ( miércoles 22 por la mañana) y la de la salida ( miércoles 23 por la mañana muy amable, la recepcionista de la noche del miércoles 22 de abril fue grosera, le grito a mi esposa por qué no servía su aire acondicionado y habia muchos moscos en el cuarto y le pedimos algo para fumigarlos lo cual nos nego y fue exageradamente grosera y con cero ganas de ayudar, de hecho fue la que nos dijo que si no nos parecía que pidiéramos el reembolso, el cual pedí en Hoteles.com y el hotel negó los hechos, y para rematar en la mañana de 23 de abril le salió en la regadera a mi esposa una cucaracha.( Tengo evidencias fotografícas de todo) Pagar 220 euros para toda esta experencia no es justo, espero que el hotel asuma su responsabilidad y me hagan mi reembolso y tome cartas en el asunto sobre la empleada del miércoles 22 por la tarde.
