The hotel was very clean, modern and close to old town, beach and west central for the start of 'the strip.' The food was absolutely wonderful and the heated indoor swimming pol was great. The only thing I would say is that the gym equipment were out of use when i wanted to use on last day as someone had removed the holding pin for the weight machines rendering them not useable.

Room very clean and tidy. Staff helpful and friendly. Amenities maintained. I choose this hotel for peace and quiet, It’s was loverly and peaceful first few days around the pool, the rest of the week at 0900 loud music pumped out ruining the peaceful ambiance of the pool. My request for peace and quiet was ignored, at 1200 till 1245 pool aerobics lessson, the music was cranked up, I had to leave the pool during this period as many other guests also left. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. Room walls were thin as could easily hear the occupants next door. Pool toilet doors have expanded due to moisture and so seize closed. Finally the decking has expanded or just ill fitted, an accident will occur soon when a wet bare foot catches a protruding piece of decking. There’s a hole in the decking, again a small child foot could get hurt. But worth visiting if you like loud music

We stay at this hotel every few months as we live in Spain and this is our treat this hotel is fantastic, lovely staff food is excellent very good value , we always enjoy our stay here feel at home would not stay enywell else in Benidorm, you will not be disappointed five stars
