Room ready and clean for when I arrived. Issue with the window not closing, the lift being off for 30 mins (I was on the 07th floor) but staff was apologetic & did a gesture to apologise. Place is so well located and is near everything. It was my 2nd stay there and I will be back again!

2/10 Poor

Upon our arrival, the elevator was broken so was had to climb 3 floors by foot, which was extremely frustrating after a long trip. Our room had no internet signal and we told them a couple of times and they said there is nothing they can do to fix it (during all our stay we did not have wifi). About the kitchen, it was full of flys, in an annoying way. About the room, it was so tiny and no closet. There was no fridge in the room and the air conditioning was just a fan. The tv was old and did not connect to internet. The positive points were that there were having free cold water and coffee and their location was nice. Overall, I am not happy with my stay and don’t recommend it

4/10 Fair

Room was ok and I’m glad they cleaned. But they forget to give towels when they clean. I appreciate the free filtered water and coffee but overall could have been a better experience. Staff were very friendly. It’s in a good area with lots of diverse food.
