The apartment we reserved had electrical issues, so we were offered accommodation at "The white house" a different property owned by the same group. The property we stayed in was really nice and convenient to downtown and had a clothes washer. The shower was recently remodeled and there was plenty of hot water and water pressure and the toilet worked very well. We would definitely book another property managed by Mmega - they have several units around Florence and the prices were better than any other offers we found.

Great accommodation Close to bus station and to great dining. 15 minute walk to major attractions Accommodation were roomy and clean. On the fourth floor with stairs Which is common in downtown areas of most cities in Italy Response to questions were answered within minutes. I would stay again and will recommend to my friends

Great property. Stairs were a little hard with luggage but all and all it was great.

Great location a few minutes walk from Florence Santa Maria train station and 10 minutes to the centre. Really well equipped and spacious property. Property is up 3 flights of stairs with no lift so not recommended for anyone not prepared for that. Would 100% return for the space after the other rooms on our trip. Really nice and helpful check in from a young lady who was very knowledgeable about Florence also.

地點很方便，近火車站，景點和食店，有洗衣機及洗衣房，很方便。但套房內廁所位太窄少空間，及在頂樓，搬行李上落很不便。整體感覺良好。

I like the design of the apartment. It really feels like home with italian touch. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area and dining area made my family very comfortable. The washing machine was very useful.

The property was perfect! Location, rooms, bathrooms, showers, etc If I were to complain about anything it would be the lack of an elevator. However on the bright side we all got our steps in. The check in process was seamless and very accommodating! I would definitely stay here again.

2/10 Mala

Found bedbugs. Took pictures and captured them for the staff to see, but they claimed that they didn’t find them and refused to refund us. Wasted our only day in Florence in a laundromat and searching for other accommodations.

The accommodation was great - all neat and clean. It is just 6 mts walk from the train station, Very good dining options nearby and walkable to main attractions. The only suggestion that I have is, it would have been better if a few coffee/tea bags were provided which we usually find in these kind of stays. We had to immediately go out after our checkin to get these items for a drink. It was not very nice especially when you reach the stay after a long journey and climb 3 stories of steps with all your luggage. Otherwise all good and will strongly recommend

Great location but not so clean…

Wonderful location less then 10 min away from train station, grocery etc near all attraction. On a sad note, no elevator for this appartement. Over 50 stairs to climb. The apartment floor and bathrooms were not so clean. :-( beds were confortable. Washing machine very loud but convenient.
