This is a gem of a hotel. It is close to the metro and bus lines as well as being in a central location. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants in walking distance and the area as a whole has a great vibe. We stayed in a superior room. It is on the smaller side, but a beautiful corner room. 3 large windows just in the bedroom section made it feel spacious. The shower was great too. The breakfast was lovely, all fresh produce and a good variety of hot and cold food on offer. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, and put up with our very poor French. On the whole, this is a lovely hotel. It was quiet, which was part of its charm, but it deserves to be busy. Would definitely stay here again

Amazing staff, possibly the best customer service ever! Very clean, smallish room, but well furnished in a great location, shops and cafes everywhere nearby, yet quiet streets near the hotel at night. Croissants and cafe' for breakfast, no restaurant, but plenty of those within a few minutes of walking. Very safe area, well-run and well-maintained hotel. Highest rating ever for customer service and all the staff - first-class, maximum gold stars excellent!

Overall we were impressed with this hotel. Especially the staff, they were all very friendly and welcoming. We left our luggage in the morning (as it was too early to check in), and when we came back in the afternoon, they were already in our room with the AC turned on. The toilet was a lot smaller than we expected. We had nowhere to hang up our towels. Location was okay. About 10-15 mins walk to the metro.
