this was our 2nd stay here , we were here in 2023 and loved it. Great location ,great staff. I am 70 years old and asked the nice gentleman at the desk if he knew a place where i could rent a wheelchair and he said: "We might have one in the basement." and he went and checked and got me one , said it was the manager's mom's old chair. It was a life saver for me to get around. I was so appreciate and he didn't even charge me. Love, love this Hotel. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are nice and big. the breakfast is great, too.

That’s an old building but room is clean and tidy inside. Staffs do house keeping daily to renew towels and they all very friendly. Excellent location which just 5 mins walk from Ams central station. Recommended!

We spent two nights at this pleasantly traditional hotel last week with our three grandchildren in a six-bedded room. The hotel has a great location and the breakfast was good. The room was clean and spacious with comfy beds, however the bathroom smelt rather mouldy. The lack of air-conditioning with temperatures outside well over 30 degrees, made the nights very challenging with only a single tabletop fan in a large room. We would recommend that the hotel invests in air-conditioning if they want to continue having guests during the summer months.
