The facility is isolated on a hill and challenging to get there. The roads are poor. These issues are not the fault of the hotel but the hotel did not do much to compensare for these negatives. We seemed to be the only guest there but they were not very helpful and not very accomodation as I would expect. The upstairs were we stayed smelt mouldy.It had a bad mouldly smell. We ask if we could go downstair, but the attendant stated that they have 2 rooms and would cost more.
Other issues, the washroom faucette was not working, ie no water came out came. Additionally, the water pressure in the tub was very low. We ask about these 3 times and he said that they were working on it. He told us that it should be fixed once when we returned from dinner. Three hrs later we returned and the water issues were not resolved.
The AC ran continuously without the ability to turn it off and make changes. The TV and internet were all not non-functionally.
Given all these malfunctions and lack of help by the staff, we simply checked after a few hours at 9pm and drove all the way to my brother's house in Portmore.
