6/10 Good

Beautiful hotel with great location 1 block from the Zocalo. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The free breakfast was amazing. However, it was not very accessible by scooter (although, again the staff was very helpful with lifting the scooter up or down). Still no ramps meant you had to wait on help , get off the scooter, and get back on. The AC was barely satisfactory, the toilet didn’t flush well, and the shower didn’t drain at first until we complained. I hate to write bad reviews but I f compelled to be honest.
