The service from the time you walk through the doors to the time you check out is amazing. The hotel is clean and in excellent shape. The suite had an amazing view and so much room. Will definitely stay here anytime we are in Paris!

Overall, it was very good hotel. The staff speaks English well. However, the housekeeping wasn’t organized enough. I had to ask the toothpaste and toothbrush to the receptionist. It wasn’t prepared in the bathroom. Also housekeeper didn’t clean the cup that I used a day before.

The hotel is walking distance to Arc De Triomphe. The staff was helpful in many ways they could, and I felt at home staying in this hotel. The room and bedding was also comfortable. Breakfast-wise, they serve bacon so I am all good with that. One thing to take note about the rooms is that you can’t lock the door from the inside, which I think is important for safety and for privacy. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this hotel, and would definitely stay here again when I next visit Paris.

Perfect hotel!

It's a really best hotel. Employees were all kind, sweet, professional. I went to the hotel early due to a schedule, and I gave us a room early to us without asking for a tired mother. They considered us. The room was spacious, pleasant, and the amenity and necessary things were well equipped. The space placement of furniture was good. There was a good place to put the carrier, the closet, the hangers and multiple storage space so I was able to separate my clothes, and I was convenient. The bathrooms were warm due to the radiator, and the water was well and was clean. Breakfast is great! Especially, Arc de Triomphe visible on the balcony is fantastic. Day and night were beautiful. Above all, I was happy for three days to stay at the hotel due to friendly staff. I enjoyed a journey because of a professional and kind one, and I would like to stay in the hotel next time I came to Paris next time.

Not worth it

This hotel claims to be 4 star , I don’t think if it is worth 2 ! 3 major issues- 1) the entery of the hotel is staris with no elevtor which makes it hard with baggage and there is no one outside to help . 2) the room keys is still keys !! They asked you to leave it in the reception every time you go outside , the doors are so old you have to put an extra effort to open it ! 3) the cleaning lady just makes the bed she doesn’t really clean anything , the carpet and bathroom weren’t really clean ! My advice if you are not taking the room with the view just switch to a cheaper hotel , this hotel is about the view , the classic not with a balcony room are very small, their view is a wall .

No último dia de nossa estádia, um homem entrou no nosso quarto, às 07 horas, usando uma chave para abrir a porta que estava trancada. A recepção não soube explicar quem teria sido, negando que tivesse sido algum funcionário da manutenção. Isso foi um absurdo! Ficamos com muito medo. Horas depois, recebemos um e-mail da gerência do hotel, informando que, ao contrário do que haviam dito anteriormente, teria sido algum funcionário da limpeza, o que não se justifica, pois nenhuma limpeza ocorre às sete horas da manhã, notadamente com o hóspede dentro do quarto.
