Great Stay

It was a very nice hotel. Convenience of staying right across the beach was super nice. Hotel was clan, had room service, staff was friendly. This is the only place I will be staying at from now on when I come to Santa Cruz.

My double queen room was renovated. The beds/pillows were too soft and there was contruction across street but the noise wasn't too bad. The parking on the ground level is very tight. I liked the location and convenience of the hotel the most.

It was the perfect location for the boardwalk. We love to walk everywhere and the location was perfect for that. The staff were great and upgraded us to a suite. The place was lovely and comfortable for our family.

It was in the perfect location for what we needed. There are some quirks. The parking is miniscule (at best). The bathroom door wouldn't stay shut. We were next to the hall entrance, so it was really loud with the access door slamming shut all night. A little pricey, but you are paying for the location.

Mediocre hotel

Pros: location in walking distance to boardwalk, food, beach, etc. Cons: parking is terrible, arrives at 9:30am and asked for first available after cleaning and still didn’t get room until 4:00, phone doesn’t work in room, tried calling front desk for toilet paper and coffee cups with no answer, television shows Netflix but won’t connect and the TV channel choices are terrible. Other than that, great trip.
