Clean, quiet and comfortable

This B&B is not central but a 15 minutes walk is reasonable for us. We received a code prior to our arrival to enter the building and the key was in the door of our room, ready for us. Not a big room but still comfortable. I didn’t realised before booking that the bathroom and shower were outside the room and shared, but thy were dhared with only one other room and clean. The shower (room?) was pretty small, adding some hooks would be useful. The breakfast was good: good coffee, bread, jam, butter, fish, cheeses, vegetables, cereals, yogurt, juices, different kind of milk… very good in general with a warm welcome from the owner or the person who worked there. We had the option to eat outside on the patio too. For the price, I was pleasantly surprised. It felt a little but lore like a hostel but this is not negative, in fact people were nice and the place was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Simple, basic, but very clean. The accommodation was a little different from what we expected based on the description and photos. The first picture is also not the accommodation itself, which we found a little misleading — although you can see the actual building further in the photo gallery. The room was very basic and smaller than hoped, and unfortunately the toilet is located in the hallway rather than in the room. The walls are also quite thin, so we could hear our neighbour very clearly — throughout the entire night. So, just in case, we recommend bringing earplugs. On the positive side, the breakfast bread was excellent. A big compliment for that! It was definitely the highlight of our stay. Overall, the accommodation is perfectly fine for one night, especially if you are looking for something simple and clean. Just make sure you know what to expect.

Aurora har en rigtig god beliggenhed, en skøn have med stor terrasse og et fint køkken - med meget tætstående borde. Morgenmaden var god og med lidt til enhver. I bestillingsprocessen havde vi overset, at vi skulle dele badeværelse med to andre værelser, og vi har siden fundet ud af, at det er fordi den oplysning nærmest er skjult og meget svær at opdage på hjemmesiden. Vores værelse var meget spartansk og bar tydeligt præg af at have været brugt til et andet formål tidligere - det hed også rum 0 og havde en nødtørftig brik til morgenmadstavlen. Væggene var vist blevet malet - dér, hvor man lige kunne komme til. Ellers et slidt udtryk. Der var ikke noget tøjskab, vinduerne svære at lukke - det ene kunne slet ikke lukkes (ret utrygt), og det lovede TV var der ikke. Vi kunne høre, når der blev talt i naboværelset, så "lydisolerede værelser" gjaldt i hvert fald ikke rum 0. Alt i alt var værelset blevet oversolgt på Hotels, som vi ellers faktisk er meget tilfredse brugere af!
