Party of 2. We stayed 3 nights in early Sept. Strictly considering geography, the location is excellent. You can be in the train station in under 5” and exploring other parts of Italy within a hour. You may have to walk in the street to/from the hotel because the sidewalk is blocked with someone sleeping, but we nevertheless felt safe. Our room was small with bare essentials, clean, and quiet with ample storage. The terrace is overol d, at least for us. The elevator appeared charming upon arrival, but we were soon cursing it. When the prior user doesnt close the door after use, it’s rendered inoperable. Stairs to floor 3 felt neverending after an ambitious sightseeing day. But what made all disappointments fade was the staff and breakfast. The breakfast variety and quality was a pleasant surprise. Sammie and Sanna were so warm, thoughtful, informative and just beautiful spirits to encounter. We would stay here again just to see them.

This is a basic hotel room but it is clean and nicely located. It has an old elevator but we used the stairs- but note it is quite a few floors up as hotel lobby is located several stories up. The building houses other things as well. If you’re travelling with a large family, as we were, this was a great spot as it allowed all five of us to be in the same room. The rooftop terrace is lovely with great views and the breakfast was hands -down a hit with us all!

Lived this place!

Amazing place to stay for our family of 5. The rooftop terrace was beautiful. Breakfast was great as well. Kathryn was so helpful and kind. She helped us with all our needs and we were able to store our bags until afternoon. Would definitely stay again!
