10/10 Exceptional

Awesome experience at this property. Close to the train station, and within walking distance to Uffizi, Duomo, and Academia. Staff went out of their way to accommodate every need; calling taxis, recommending restaurants, and places to visit other than the big three mentioned above. Would definitely stay there again if our travels take us to Florence. Highly recommended.

Good hotel in a central location, close walk to SMN train station. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds. The hotel could use some remodeling. But the staff was out of this world. Very helpful and kind! They made the stay very worthwhile.

My brother and I had a great one night stay here. Check in was easy, room was simple, but clean! Room even included a sound machine, which was a nice plus. Breakfast was included as well. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was good. We liked the central location. The AC, however, couldn't keep up with the heat, unfortunately

This is a great location very near the train station and other public transportation that allows one to walk to most attractions with relative ease. One key feature is that they will hold luggage and are quite helpful and skilled in that regard. I would stay here again.

Lets start with the check in. Our keys were ready for us. The receptionist Alberto was awesome and made us feel very welcomed. The room was small as expected, but we're from the US, and used to bigger rooms. The room has refrigerated air. The breakfast was delicious and the the entire staff are very hospitable and friendly. Definitely would stay here again.
