This is a GREAT hotel in a convenient area! It is literally a one minute walk from the main train station. The room was small (Its Venice, all the rooms are small) but it was clean, comfortable, affordable and the breakfast was FABULOUS! The staff was so friendly and the location has 100s of restaurants close by. There is everything you need so close such as a supermarket and a Pharmacy. First class stay for sure!!

Convenient location, 5 mins walk from railway station/ferry pier, 10mins walk from Piazzale Roma, the bus terminus. Inside a quiet alley, newly renovated, The elevator is still under installation but the staff helped take luggages upstairs. Sleep well because of strong air-conditioning. Breakfast was good. The shower sewage was found draining very slowly at the first day. Once reported to front desk in the morning , it was fixed when we came back after sightseeing at the evening. Very efficient & effective!

Breakfast excellent. Unable to use cpap due to issues with power. No one answered phone attempted contact more than 15 times with arrival and there is no shuttle to hotel as we were told prior to travel . We were told to call and they would send someone to the city center to get us This was not an option. The staff was nice and tried their best to help but communication was difficult. No elevator

Staff was great. We had to be moved since we originally did not get the room we reserved. The room was tiny. You could just walk around the beds. The shower was tiny, barely able to turn around. The website said it it had an elevator, it did not. Renovation was underway way that left an adhesive smell in the air. Location near the rail terminal was convenient with great restaurants and shopping near by.
