Noisy from restaurant customers, buses and water pump on the roof could be a problem if you have a problem falling asleep. Room 20 we stayed is on the site of street which is very small. Hope hotel use refill liquid soap/shampoo bottle instead of using disposable soap packets. Location is good, supermarkets, T1 to regional bus station, T2 to train station all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Use hotel Aline on GPS instead of address because there are two different numbers on the wall. Look for the big square blue number 14.

We had a room with a shower and a balcony - that was really a plus for us. No air con but the fan was a god send during the 35° summer. When we arrived the toilets werent stocked up with soap and paper towels and the reception often opened late and closed early. This, coupled with the overall dingy feel of the place were the worst things about it. However, Florence is expensive, and given what I stood to pay elsewhere, I am pretty happy about our stay here

As fotos do Hotel disponíveis no site distorcem um pouco o que efetivamente são as instalações. Quarto e banheiros muito pequenos, no ultimo dia faltou agua e luz. O elevador é muito antigo e em regra, nao há pessoas para auxiliar. O Wi-Fi é bom, a localizacao é boa, mas no geral, frustrou nossas expectativas.
