8/10 Very good

Can be the best option staying in Suwon. Near by restaurants and conveniences are great. Golden package for the hotel pool bar not so recommended. Gym was nice with a view. Room view for the park side is better. Better if they offer a bath tap rather than shower. Air con typically not great in korea so it was hot for me and sleep not so well.

8/10 Very good

Second time I have stopped here.. the hotel and staff are very good but suffers from a few issues. 1, The room smoke detector is annoying as hell.. it flashes a really bright light every 3 seconds. 2, The Master light switches at the bedside have a really bright LEDS that light up the entire room. 3, the lifts have a mind of there own, can be waiting ages for a lift. Would I stop here again.. yes the area around the hotel is really good for food

Gym was available 24 hours, it was very clean, spacious and equipped with very good quality treadmill, elliptical, benches and dumbbells. But, there’s no equipment for PULL Exercises. Overall, satisfied.

The staff went above and beyond help me from getting my taxis, explaining the subway system, having creamer brought to my room for my coffee, taking a photo of me, printing my boarding passes, writing my name in Korean, to cutting the tags of my clothes. The breakfast was amazing, too.

Very good location next to park and restaurants. We did not use public transportation so can not judge. The team at the reception and breakfast was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Lots of parking available directly at the hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel in Suwon.

Good place

Clean room, friendly staff, and delicious breakfast were all great. One thing that is a bit disappointing is the limitation on swimming pool use hours. It would be nice if guests could use it at any time they want throughout the day.
