I'd especially like to thank the gentleman at the reception who helped me during my stay. I was going to arrive back at the hotel late at night, so I asked him if the area was safe. He kindly reassured me that it was generally safe and told me that if I needed any help or felt uncomfortable for any reason, he would be at the reception and would be happy to assist. He also gave me a bottle of water, which was a very thoughtful gesture. His kindness and professionalism genuinely made my stay more enjoyable, and I really appreciate how welcoming he was. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The building is a little old, but it was clean and well maintained. The location isn't right in the city centre, but it's easy to get around by bus, so it wasn't a problem.

Torino Stop

This hotel is close to the Torino FC stadium, perfect for a match day stay. I arrived late and the gentleman helped me park, changed rooms when the AC wasnt working, and was very kind. The room was definitely European style and the shower door was tired. The room was clean and comfortable.

An excellent place to stay during your stay in Turin! Clean, friendly staff and convenient location. The reception is open 24 hours so there is no rush with the check-in. Breakfast buffet, tv and wifi are also included. Trip to the city centre took me around 45 minutes on foot but it is possible to use public transportation if you're in a hurry. Not all the staff speaks English so it is good to know a little bit of Italian. However, I was able to get by with just English.
