Excellent place, I will pay a visit again! Staff super helpful and service at breakfast excellent. Barista provided with endless of tasty cappuccino’s espresso's. I had a small room - too small especially the shower was challenging to get in and out (if I were fatter I could see it become an actual issue). Got the impression that the sound isolation could be better but not a problem for me. That the shuttle bus to Bologna airport starts from the property is alone a good reason to pick this hotel. Location to the center of everything also makes this hard to beat.

We stayed 2 nights at the Hotel Touring in Ferrara and would happily stay again. We had a spacious room in the annex (just behind the hotel) which was spotlessly clean with air conditioning and a lift. The fridge in our room didn't work properly and the bathroom was a little dated but these didn't really affect our enjoyment. The location is particularly good, being close to the castle and the stop for the airport shuttle is just outside. There's also a little hut in the park outside which does great food at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was of a high quality, and catered well for people avoiding dairy and gluten. Special thanks to the waiter who was very gracious and friendly, and the receptionist who checked us in a little early.

Breakfast was excellent. Great variety buffet style so you can serve yourself. The staff were friendly. The only disappointment was the initial room we were given had no air-conditioning and it was 28°C outside and 35 Celsius in the room! Fortunately, we were moved to a different room after reporting the broken AC. Hotel should not be renting rooms in this temperature without air conditioner.

Very conveniently located hotel, right in the town centre but quiet. My room was in the annexe which was a bit dated but absolutely fine, very clean. The main hotel was very modern and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with gluten free items available, I will stay again.

The location is good but there was no air conditioning as advertised and the room was extremely hot and the advertised parking was not available and after a long trip we had to find a parking spot on the streets which is not an easy task in Ferrara and then walk 10min to the Hotel. The staff was not very helpful to address these issues, do not recommend it.
