The staff in the hotel are all extremely helpful, welcoming and friendly. The pool and outside are is small, but more than sufficient for the size of the hotel. The hotel is in a perfect location, only minutes from the train and bus station and walking distance from the port. Breakfast is excellent quality with plenty of options.

The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. The foyer is lovely. The pool was nice to refresh yourself after a day out. The hotel itself is perfect but the staff lack personality hardly a smile except for the 2 Indian employees and the night porter.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend.
