Clean hotel, nice rooms, working elevator, perfect location with walking distance to everything including metro and a train station. Noise from a street and and a nearby bar did not distract at night. There were some noise in the evening but quiet during the night and it was nice to enjoy live music after a long day in Rome. Next door icecream was our everyday routine - very tasty.

Elevator was broken so had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs, staff only present at initial check in then never saw them again even though it was within the hours they were supposed to be there. No AC in room. Noisy bar below. Unsure what to do for check out. Overall I'm glad we only stayed one night.

Parking in Rome is a nightmare but there was a parking garage very close to the hotel thankfully. Unfortunately the elevator was broken during our stay so we have to walk 5 flights of stairs with our luggage but otherwise great stay and super convenient to walk literally anywhere and delicious restaurants and gelato shops right downstairs

The property is located on the 4th floor. When we booked, we were told there was an elevator. a week before the trip we were told the elevator was broken. This was a huge issue for the disabled member of our group. It is now clear from seeing the elevator and reading old reviews that the elevator has not worked in ages and there is no intent to fix it. The rooms are fine, the location is great, and the staff were very friendly. But we didn't get a 2 bed room (which we ordered) and nothing was offered to fix it. I don't know that we would have cared as much, but we were sweaty from hiking all of our luggage up to the 4th floor - so we really wanted our own space.

This is a good hotel. The highest remarks go to the staff, always helpful and polite. The hotel has a great location - close to Termini train station, not far from the Reppublica metro station. They offer a fine breakfast with a several kinds of coffee, lattes and other stuff. Really recommend this hotel if you’re looking for location and practicality. Five stars to Bob that checked us in and out.

The elevator was not working so it was very difficult to get suitcases up and down many flights of stairs. Also difficult when coming and going. When reading previous reviews it seemed that it was temporary, however months later the same issue. Honesty is best policy. If the elevator never works just say so. The Elevator doesn't work and apparently hasn't for years, but they will let you know right before your trip. I didn't see the message in time to cancel. If we didn't have a lot of heavy luggage, this would not have mattered so much. The location is great. I just wish I had found out about the elevator sooner.
