Overall, the stay was acceptable. The area is quiet and very nice. Short walking distance to the beach and stores. The pool area was nice. The receptionists were nice. The room was clean when we arrived. However, the room lacked simple hotel amenities- no real soap or shampoo/conditioner, and the TV did not have basic news channels. The kitchen did not have enough supplies. All were very limited and not of good quality. The hallway has not even been cleaned during our week there. I had to pick up the trash outside the room, even though I saw a team of cleaners constantly socializing. The reception is open at 12:00 pm. This is not convenient for any tourist arriving before then, since check-in is at 4:00 and you should be able to leave your luggage somewhere. We have been told that our room will be cleaned and that towels and bedding will be changed every 4-5 days. I had to ask reception for clean towels and picked them up. She said that cleaners will come and pick up the dirty towels. It did not happen. The day before we left, after I complained, they finally cleaned (not very well) and changed the beds. I paid 1800 euros for 8 days, and it is not cheap. The amenities and stay were not worth the price. Too expensive for what was provided. I do not recommend this apartment /hotel and will not stay there again.

Great - but please sort out check-in

The apartment was great for a couple of nights stay. It was close enough to a good beach and to the town centre, including great restaurants. The only downsides were: (1) check-in was unnecessarily long-winded as it takes places at their other hotel, which is about a half-hour walk in heat and with luggage, and (2) there was no internet even in public spaces (essential for me as I needed to work a little). What was unusual was that they asked for a breakages deposit of €200 euros which was not mentioned in the booking information.

Like described. Complex is renovated, apartments clean. Pool in good condition. The only problem is the room service. In a beach city, where you shower frw times a day, you would expect to have a towel change few times. I had to go and ask for it. 2 days before departure run out of toilet paper and soap. Small things but matter.

Worst management and service ever.

Super bad service. No wifi and no cleaning or towel change. When I went to the reception to ask for some solution they claimed that they did not have to give me anything. They said that I should have read the conditions in hotels.com and that it was not their problem. It was not written anywhere this information. For a stay of almost 5000 sek this is not worth it and I strongly recommend to NOT stay here.

Sitio muy tranquilo,sin ruido,cómodo,camas muy cómodas y sofá cama también,está en una urbanización a 1,200 m del centro,pero mucho más cerca de una bonita playa,la verdad que todo perfecto,estuvimos en el estudio margarita,muy bonito la verdad!por sugerir algo,que hubiera una TV en la habitación,por si van cuatro personas por ejemplo,otra muy importante sería cafetera en cápsula ,por lo demás todo perfecto!volvería sin pensarlo para descansar y disfrutar de la playa está perfecto!
