The hotel was dated in design but had all the amenities we needed, breakfast was good and efficient Lifts to all floors and clean fresh linen on the bed every day. All staff were great and helpful and spoke English, It was a short walk from the train / metro station with some great restaurants close by. Iwould visit again

The staff was very welcoming and always at hand. The breakfast was of good quality and the service was very satisfactory. Room was quiet other than occasional siren as it is close to a main road but because of it there is plenty amenities, transport being one of them. Little grocery store as well as couple bistros and tobacco shop. Very convenient spot as the main rail station is only 10 minutes awa which was handy for when we went to Verona.

Jonni at the front desk was personable and helpful. The complimentary breakfast from 7 to 10am was excellent, but get there before 9am because some of the offerings run low and may not be replenished. We enjoyed a drink at the rooftop bar on our last night.

Spacious room decorated in stylish old school Italian touches. Spacious bathroom. We slept with windows wide open and did not experience street sounds that others reported. Limited bathroom amenities, so bring your own preferred shampoos and body care. The included breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Location was centrally located and easy access to metro teams and the Milano Centrale train station. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood as well.
