Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel staff was very disappointing. From check-in to check-out, the staff came across as uninterested and unhelpful. Simple requests were met with long delays or dismissive attitudes, and there was a clear lack of professionalism throughout my stay. Would never recommend anyone to stay here

Such friendly staff, very relaxed vibe. There is a seven 11 acros the road, great super heap Thai food right beside and the most spectacular beach club beside that (you can walk home up the beach). Beach is really lovely for a swim or snorkel. The pool is great, rooms are huge, universal electrical sockets too! We LOVED our stay and can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for 2 nights in one of the little bungalows. Cute swing and veranda which was ideal for Relaxing One thing I didn’t like and can’t remember reading Is the shower water was salty not sure if this is what made the taps/ shower head rusty in parts The staff were lovely / good food that they brought to our veranda Bar does no cocktails and has a limited selection of alcohol beverages

The perfect island getaway

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at the absolute beachfront resort. We stayed in the delux bungalow just off the beach and it was our favourite hotel we’ve stayed at in Thailand. If you’re looking to enjoy island life with a coconut in your hammock, then look no further. Our room was only a few meters from the beach and sitting out on the balcony watching the waves. The rooms were clean, the aircon worked well, showers had hot water and the bed was super comfy. The pool is also really clean and we spent many afternoons relaxing in the sun. Food is reasonably priced in the restaurant as well. A small touch that would have made our experience even better is providing a hairdryer.

Convenient to get to neighboring places especially if you rent a moped. Got a bungalow for two nights. The air conditioner worked great. Pool was nice. There was no tv, no closet, no safe, just the bed. Kept finding ants in the room, and a gecko came out of our walls 😯. Definitely a family owned property, but they seemed very attentive to their guests.

Tres bon établissement pour qui ne cherche pas le grand luxe mais on y trouve le confort nécessaire. Nous avons eu la chance de profiter d'un bungalow supérieur avec vue sur la mer. C'est un gros +. Il faut être un peu insistant pour que le ménage soit fait. Le restaurant correcte. La piscine de l'hôtel avec vue sur mer est très agréable. Nous avons passé un sejour de rêve sur cette île splendide de Koh Phangan. PS : un restaurant à ne pas manqué si vous séjournez dans cet hotel, At Chiang Maï. 400m a pied. Incontournable si vous aimez la vrai cuisine Thaï

Rummet var fint. Personalen kändes inte professionella, inte heller super hjälpsamma. Våran bungalow låg precis vid vägen så man hörde bilar och mopeder hela natten. Pool utrymmet var härligt men väldigt liten strand och de är en bit att gå om man vill ta sig till en stor strand. Moped är bra att ha.

Her må man være klar over at stranden er totalt ubrukelig pga ekstrem langgrunne! Ellers er luksusleilighetene helt ok med eget svømmebasseng. Det er imidlertid ikke den hyggeligste betjeningen, og engelskkunnskapene hos flere av de ansatte er helt fravær. Det var også et svært høyt depositum som måtte betales ved ankomst, 3000 baht. Området rundt er skittent og har svært lite å tilby.

Une villa magnifique, mais un accueil décevant Nous avons séjourné dans une villa en bord de plage, et vraiment, le cadre était superbe. La villa était magnifique, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût – rien à redire à ce niveau-là. En revanche, l’accueil laisse à désirer. La personne qui semble gérer l’établissement n’est ni souriante, ni agréable. Elle donne l’impression que notre présence la dérange, et si on ne la salue pas, elle ne fait même pas l’effort de le faire. Cela crée une ambiance assez froide, ce qui est dommage pour un lieu aussi beau. Le reste du personnel est plutôt gentil, mais ne parle pas anglais, ce qui rend la communication compliquée. Concernant le petit déjeuner (à payer en supplément), nous avons été très déçus. Ce n’est pas un buffet, mais quelques options à la carte, très limitées. On a droit à un café (comme celui disponible gratuitement dans les chambres) et un œuf… pas très généreux ni savoureux. Franchement, mieux vaut économiser et aller prendre un bon petit déjeuner ailleurs. En résumé : le lieu est magnifique, surtout les villas en bord de plage, mais l’accueil et le service ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur.

Gute Lage, gepflegte Anlage, direkt am Meer. Frühstück war sehr einfach, keine Auswahl! Es hieß entweder oder …! Wir haben uns dann selbst versorgt. Zimmerreinigung muss immer einen Tag vorher angemeldet werden, sonst kommt keiner. Ansonsten nettes Personal.
