It was a clean room liked the balcony loved the AC remote staff was great. Pool was wonderful.I wish that the restaurant was opened earlier for breakfast the shower head needs to be replaced and the pillows are just horrible need to be replaced. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will go back.

Always loved staying here before, the place has gotten a bit worn (tears in lobby furniture upholstery etc) and less services provided. No breakfast anymore, less staff you have to summon from a distant corner of property, etc. But staff was very helpful once you found them. Pool is still nice but hot tub jets didn't turn on (was looking forward to this after driving all day with bad back). Overall okay, down from excellent. Higher cost, less services. Same as at a lot of places since Covid -- ownership keeps the cash and doesn't put it back into the business.

This hotel was perfectly fine, but I was disappointed to discover that the amazing-looking pool is not deep – it only goes to a depth of 4.8'. But the water was warm and lovely and we still enjoyed it somewhat. The hot tub was dirty and less warm than the pool. The staff were fantastic, very helpful. I realize the attached Asian fusion restaurant is not part of the hotel, but beware when arriving for dinner, as other people and we were turned away because a large party had arrived and they couldn't handle any more orders. We had to get back in the car and drive into town for a meal. I gave a lower score for cleanliness as I found many people's hair in the drawers.
