Hotel room was ok bed towels all clean. Check in was a nightmare not sure what the need to produce I’d is and what they do with personal data as they certainly don’t keep your data safe .it was also not very welcoming There was no parking spaces so had to park down the road and Breakfast was adequate I would not have felt safe as a female lone traveller .

Lovely friendly staff. I would say this hotel was faded glory. It was a beautiful hotel in it's time. The staff were attentive and kind and there was a lovely comfortable area to have a drink in the evening. There was also a good sized garden as well as parking on site. The breakfast staff were lovely too although I would have liked to see less processed and more whole food. There were eggs and fruit and natural yogurt so that was good. My room was on the ground floor as requested and it was a good size and beautifully cleaned. All in all I would definitely return.

We stayed here whilst attending a gig at Anfield and so did a lot of the guest staying at the same time. Check-in was so busy and there could have been a better system. However staff were helpful and welcoming.

The staff were great and very helpful. The room was large but I wouldn't say modern although very clean. Unfortunately it was in a run down area and about a 15 min bus ride into the town. It served my purpose as I needed to be nearby to an event I was attending.

Nice budget hotel staff are excellent and were very clear with the deposit conditions. Continental breakfast was nice . Rooms are comfy , I found it a little to warm but that's probably because I'm a woman of a certain age . Shower was ok although a little small . Think it would be a good idea for the hotel to consider doing a cooked breakfast in the future . I would be quite happy to pay extra . Overall we enjoyed our stay here
