The location is a good place, it is easy to access to local Vietnamese markets. The room is clean and nice. the room that I booked didn’t come with kitchen however I booked 2 rooms because we went with a group of people and others room had kitchen and most of the stuff that you need to cooking. In general, that place is good and convenient for family.

Great property in a great neighborhood. It is someone's home and the hosts were great, very nice and communicated with us. The suite was perfect for a family of 5 ad we explored the city and relaxed in the evenings.

The house was easy to find and close to the facility where a family member is staying. Located in a nice residential area with not a lot of traffic. Very peaceful - a gorgeous tree in front.

The place was nice overall, but the bed was disappointing. My child ended up with a lot of bug bites, which caused a severe rash. I hope this issue can be addressed to make future guests’ stays more comfortable.

Family suite was spacious. Easy to deal with owner and communication was great. Easy to find the location and use of access code to enter. Only recommend more towels. There was shampoo and conditioner but no body wash. We didn’t have face cloths. Otherwise great accommodation, communication and location. Thanks for having us!

No, property was not cleaned. Flies and mosquitoes were in the suite and they started asking 2 hours ago when we’ll leave but check out time was 11:00 am.

The space was amazing for families. Beds were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was equipt with enough dishes. The first night the were a couple people fighting till 2am ( quiet time is 22:00-05:00) Needs a deep clean

This suite is quite spacious and a benefit is that it has beds for up to 7 people, but it is in need of some TLC. The walls in all rooms are scuffed and dented and need new paint. The kitchen has only very minimal supplies which are in not great condition. There is coffee shampoo and soap, but no helpful extras like salt, pepper, paper towels etc. The bedding, towels and floors were very clean and street parking was easy enough to find. The bunk beds in the living room and single bed in the bedroom have seen better days, the mattresses feel worn out and the bunk bed sways significantly if someone is on the top bunk. All in all it is worth it for a night to stay and to not have to pay for two hotel rooms for a larger family/group, but I wouldn’t recommend for any kind of sustained vacation or if you plan to stick around the accommodation most of the time.

This two room one bath "suite" was very bare bones! For example, one very thin pillow per person, three postage stamp towels and two wash cloths for four people, no top sheet for the beds, mold on shower walls, and $20.00 per load of wash plus a washing fee to use the washing machine. I guess the washer price was in Canadian dollars? Regardless, we would not stay there again for $424 US dollars a night.

There was no wash clothes, no top sheets on the beds, only bottom sheet and dirty comforters, the steps going down to the basement are about to fall in, and we was afraid that we were going to fall going in and out the steps. The bottom sheet looked like they had even been switched out we had to sleep on top of the bed covers. bathtub had to be washed and clean before we could get a shower, horrible

We were a family of 5 staying; 2 couples and our Mother. So this suite was perfect for us. It was clean and sufficient. Landlord responded to our needs very quickly. Overall we were happy with our stay.
